How Do I Return Or Exchange An Order?
We want you to be thrilled with your order, but we understand that things do not always work out. If there is an issue or you are unhappy with the product, let us know so we can make it right.

Returns
We will be happy to accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for a return or exchange.
Lost In The Mail
Most items ship USPS with tracking numbers. If the order tracking is marked "Delivered" Campus Deluxe will issue a 50% discount toward a new order if the customer did not actually receive the package. (mail box theft, etc.)
If order tracking is not showing updates after 5 days, contact us and we will send a replacement free of charge no matter if our team or the postal carrier is at fault.
